I envision the continual development of system effectiveness progressing at exponential growth as practices are developed and technology is advanced. This seemingly obvious statement is necessary because there are people who think or believe or even observe the Management Systems of their organizations change like fads, that will eventually disappear.

One of the characteristics of a system seems to be the necessary for skeptics to exist to help control the boundaries of the system.
